📍 Location: Woodland Trust Smithills Forest School Site, Smithills Dean Road, next to St Peter’s Primary School
Join us for a festive woodland celebration dedicated to the magnificent reindeer! This event is perfect for children from early walkers to 11 years old.
What’s in store:
- Reindeer Food-Making Station: Help Dasher by making reindeer food to ensure he’s ready for Christmas Eve.
- Antler Workshop: Craft your own set of reindeer antlers to wear.
- Reindeer Sculptures: Get creative and build reindeer using natural materials.
- Reindeer Trails: Follow the trails to find hidden reindeer surprises.
End the day with hot chocolate, toasty treats, and festive songs around the campfire. Though we won’t have real reindeer, we celebrate their spirit and might spot some deer grazing nearby.
ÂŁ10 per child, 1 adult per child.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A REINDEER-THEMED SESSION, THERE WILL BE NO REAL REINDEERS IN ATTENDANCE
What do I need to bring?
Not an awful lot!
Come in suitable outdoor clothing for our ever-changing weather.
A reusable cup for drinks by the campfire.
And more importantly yourselves!
Anything you may need for a good morning out! As always you can expect to get dirty!
