Russ Nature Talks and Walks FUNDED BY THE HOLIDAYS ACTIVITY FUND

We will have the lovely Russ from Nature Talks and Walks alongside Forest Frontiers!

You will go on a journey discovering nature and then finish off you will explore nature photography and how to draw or paint nature!

Here is a little Bio of Russ!

Russ from Nature Talks and Walks:

Nature Talks and Walks was set up to showcase the captivating world of animals, plants, and fungi that share our homes. In particular, the theme of our events is ‘Biodiversity’, which is the number of different species you can find in a single area and how they all interact and rely on each other.

With such an astonishing variety of life (63,000 species in the UK alone), there is never a dull moment and always something new to learn.

Russ’s wildlife events are extra special because of the sheer diversity of wild species he can identify. This means participants too can witness everything from scorpionflies and banded demoiselles to short-eared owls and natterjack toads.

Russ’s wildlife walks explore everything about local nature. From beetles to birds, ferns to oaks, guests are free to learn and discover whatever aspect of nature they’re attracted to the most. Using the five senses, this walk offers an escape from our busy lives and allows you to view your surroundings in a different way. Countryside walks will never be the same again.”
