Our Sessions are relaxed the children can choose to join in activities at their own pace or simply enjoy the woodlands they are in the driving seat of their play however our loose plan is:

Themed activities and spontaneous in the moment games/activities

Drink and Snack can be had at any point of the session

Come back for a closing song/game

🌳 Forest Family Sessions – Block 3 (April – May) 🌳

Spring into adventure with our Forest Family Sessions for Under 5s! 🌱🐝

As the world awakens, so do our little explorers! Join us for five weeks of nature-filled fun, where children can immerse themselves in the great outdoors, play, create, and discover through themed activities, crafts, and sensory adventures.

🌿 Block 3 Themes (April – May)

🐉 Knights & Dragons (W/C 22nd April) – Embark on a medieval quest, build castles, and go on a dragon egg hunt for St. George’s Day!
💃 Nature Dance Party (W/C 29th April) – Move and groove with nature’s music as we celebrate Dance Week with fun rhythms and movement play.
☀️ Sun & Laughter (W/C 6th May) – Shine bright as we explore sun safety, shadows, and golden crafts for Sun Awareness Week.
🗺️ Nature Explorers Treasure Hunts (W/C 13th May) – Follow the map, uncover hidden treasures, and embark on a wild adventure.
🌱 Little Green Fingers (W/C 20th May) – Dig, plant, and grow as we discover the magic of gardening for National Gardening Week!
🐾 Half Term Break (W/C 27th May) – No sessions this week.

What to Expect

🌿 Crafts: From bird feeders to fairy houses, every session includes a hands-on craft using natural materials.
🌿 Explorer Activities: Enjoy scavenger hunts, nature walks, and sensory play that spark curiosity and imagination.
🌿 Mini Minds Matter: Each session includes a focus on mental well-being, fostering resilience, confidence, and emotional growth.

Not an awful lot!
Come in suitable outdoor clothing for our ever-changing weather.
A reusable cup for drinks by the campfire.
And more importantly yourselves!
Anything you may need for a good morning out! As always you can expect to get dirty!
