Our Sessions are relaxed the children can choose to join in activities at their own pace or simply enjoy the woodlands they are in the driving seat of their play however our loose plan is:

Meet & Greet

Welcome song/game

Intro to theme and activities

Themed activities and spontaneous in the moment games/activities

Drink and Snack can be had at any point of the session

Come back for a closing song/game

🌿🌞 Spring into Summer with Our Forest Family Sessions! 🌞🌿

Join us for a season of adventure, discovery, and creativity at our Forest Family Sessions for under 5s! Running from April to July, each week brings a new, exciting theme packed with nature-inspired crafts, playful exploration, and hands-on learning in the great outdoors.

What’s in Store?

🐉 Knights & Dragons (W/C 22nd April) – Embark on a medieval quest with castles, dragon dens, and daring adventures for St. George’s Day!
💃 Nature Dance Party (W/C 29th April) – Celebrate Dance Week with music, movement, and nature-inspired rhythms.
☀️ Sun & Laughter (W/C 6th May) – Learn all about sun safety through playful outdoor activities and sunny-themed crafts.
🗺️ Nature Explorers Treasure Hunts (W/C 13th May) – Search for hidden treasures and uncover the secrets of the forest.
🌱 Little Green Fingers (W/C 20th May) – Get your hands dirty with planting, digging, and gardening fun for Gardening Week!
🐾 Half Term Break (W/C 27th May) – No sessions this week.

🌼 Sunshine Soiree (W/C 3rd June) – Celebrate the joys of summer with sensory play, sun-themed crafts, and outdoor games.
🦕 10 Little Dinosaurs (W/C 10th June) – Stomp, roar, and dig for fossils in our dinosaur-themed adventure for Dino Day!
✨ Midsummer Magic (W/C 17th June) – Step into a world of fairy tales and solstice magic with enchanting activities.
🧸 Teddy Bear Picnic & Bear Hunt (W/C 24th June) – Bring your favorite teddy for a picnic and adventure on a real-life bear hunt!
🦊 Busy Fox (W/C 1st July) – Follow the footprints of woodland creatures and discover what our furry friends get up to.
👣 Muddy Monsters (W/C 8th July) – Get messy with mud play, splashes, and squelchy fun in the forest.
🐝 Buzzing Bees (W/C 15th July) – Learn all about our pollinator pals through bee crafts, storytelling, and honey-sweet adventures.
🦋 Butterflies (W/C 22nd July) – Join the Big Butterfly Count, spot fluttering friends, and create beautiful butterfly crafts!

What to Expect

Not an awful lot!
Come in suitable outdoor clothing for our ever-changing weather.
A reusable cup for drinks by the campfire.
And more importantly yourselves!
Anything you may need for a good morning out! As always you can expect to get dirty!
